A consultant studies your situation and recommends a solution. A coach helps you think through your situation and reach your own decisions, then supports you as you act on them. We do both, and we will always tell you which one we are doing.

Yes. What you discuss in coaching stays between us, except where the law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. The coaching terms explain this in full.

Yes. Coaching takes place online, and fees can be quoted in US dollars.

Fees are paid in full in advance through our secure online payment page or by bank transfer. We send the details when you book.

Fees are not refundable once paid and scheduled. Please read the coaching terms before booking.

You may reschedule a session if you give at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as used.

Three-session programmes must be completed within two months, six-session programmes within six months and twelve-session programmes within twelve months.

Gallup's online assessment of 34 talent themes. It identifies the ways you most naturally think, feel and behave, and gives you a language for what you do best.

About an hour. You complete it online with an access code we provide.

No. The assessment is charged separately. Organisations may also buy assessments directly from Gallup.

Yes. Every organisational programme is shaped around the client's goals and people. Request a proposal and we will be in touch.

Yes. We deliver programmes across Nigeria and in other African countries, and online. For in person delivery outside Abuja, the client covers travel and logistics.

Per participant or per workshop, according to the programme. We confirm all fees in a written proposal.
