Who we are
The Seun Onakoya Company is a coaching and leadership development practice based in Abuja, Nigeria. We work with leaders who want to grow, with organisations that want their people to perform, and with public institutions that want to serve better.
We coach senior leaders and business owners one-to-one. We design and deliver leadership programmes for companies, government agencies and schools. We use Gallup's CliftonStrengths to help people and teams understand what they do best, and Maxwell Leadership frameworks to help them lead others well.

Strengths-based coaching
How we work
We listen first. Most of the leaders we meet already know a great deal about their situation. What they need is a clear view of it, an honest conversation about it and a plan they will follow through. Our work is to provide all three.
We work from strengths rather than weaknesses. People improve fastest when they build on what they do naturally well, and teams perform best when each member's strengths are recognised and put to use.
We keep the work practical. Every session ends with agreed actions, and every programme ends with a plan the client owns.

Our work is led by Seun Onakoya, our Lead Coach. For larger programmes, he works with associate coaches and facilitators who share our methods and standards.
