What to expect

Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place by Zoom, Google Meet, phone or in person by arrangement.

Before your first session you receive a New Client Pack by email. It includes a short questionnaire that helps us use our first conversation well.

Between sessions you receive relevant articles, worksheets and checklists, and you can email your coach with questions about anything you have covered.

A focused hour on one question. This session suits leaders who can take clear guidance and run with it, and past clients who want a follow-up on a project or a fresh look at their next step. If you know you need help but are not sure what to ask, this session is a good place to start. Email support and relevant materials are included.

Three 60-minute sessions

A short programme for one specific goal, such as setting up a new business, building a referral system, setting your prices or getting organised. Typical topics include identifying your ideal client, building relationships, charging what you are worth and gaining and keeping clients. Many focused projects can be completed in three sessions. If you need more time, we can move you to a longer programme.

For goals that need a more detailed plan and steady follow-through. Six sessions give us time to set direction, act, review and adjust, so that you keep momentum and see results.

Our most complete programme, for leaders and business owners committed to significant growth. We build a step-by-step plan, supported by templates, forms and systems, and work through it together. Sessions are usually monthly, though another schedule can be arranged. Unlimited email support is included throughout.

Fees are for the whole programme and are paid in advance. Clients outside Nigeria can request fees in US dollars.

Terms in brief

Fees are paid in full before the first session.
Fees are not refundable once paid and scheduled.
Each programme must be completed within its stated period. Unused sessions cannot be refunded.
You may ask to extend a session, subject to your coach's availability.
