CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) is Gallup's online assessment of 34 talent themes. It takes about an hour to complete and gives you a clear language for what you do best. Our Lead Coach, Seun Onakoya, is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He helps you make sense of your results and put them to work.
