These terms apply to individual coaching sessions and programmes provided by The Seun Onakoya Company. Programmes for organisations are governed by the proposal or contract agreed for each engagement.
1. Booking and payment
1.1 Fees are as published on the website at the time of booking, or as agreed in writing.
1.2 Fees are paid in full before the first session.
1.3 Clients outside Nigeria may be quoted fees in US dollars.
2. Sessions
2.1 Each session lasts 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Sessions take place by Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or in person in Abuja by prior arrangement.
2.3 A client may ask to extend a session. Extensions depend on the coach's availability.
3. Completion periods
3.1 Each programme must be completed within its stated period: two months for the Three-Session Programme, six months for the Six-Session Programme and twelve months for the Twelve-Session Programme.
3.2 Sessions not used within the completion period expire.
4. Rescheduling and missed sessions
4.1 A client may reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
4.2 A session missed without notice counts as used.
4.3 If we need to reschedule a session, we will give as much notice as possible and offer another time.
5. Refunds
5.1 Fees are not refundable once paid and scheduled.
5.2 No refund is given for sessions unused within the completion period.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 We keep confidential everything a client shares in coaching.
6.2 We may disclose information only where the law requires it, or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm to the client or to others.
7. The nature of coaching
7.1 Coaching supports clients in reaching their own decisions. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice.
7.2 Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and their results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
8. Materials
8.1 Worksheets, templates and other materials provided in coaching remain the intellectual property of The Seun Onakoya Company. Clients may use them for their own purposes but may not copy, sell or distribute them.
9. Governing law
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Changes
10.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of booking apply to that booking.
