John Maxwell Mastermind
Lead better, together
Reading a good leadership book is useful. Applying it with a group of peers who hold you to account changes how you lead. A mastermind brings a small group of leaders together to work through one book, with guided discussion, honest questions and commitments that carry into daily work.

How a mastermind works
Each cohort works through one book by John C. Maxwell. Masterminds are facilitated by Seun Onakoya, our Lead Coach and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. In each session the group discusses the reading, applies it to members' own situations and agrees actions for the time before the next meeting.
